The Objective of Establishing MoacDAO

MOAC Autonomous Community was established in September 2019 and is a DAO organization itself. However, The DAO token has not been issued, and MOAC has been used for community motivation. Due to the critical situation of MOAC chain, we feel it is a must to do something to re-energize the community for prosperity.

Many of the members of our community, especially the elderly ones, have been following the founders of MOAC for more than 10 years and have given a lot of time, effort and money. They do not want to see this program fails.

Therefore, MoacDAO was planned and established to issue community token MDY. There are a few principles for setting up MoacDAO:

1. Since it is called MoacDAO, of course it is related to MOAC. It will only do things that are beneficial to MOAC and will not do things that are harmful to MOAC;

2. Issue community token MDY, the main purpose is to enhance community cohesion, no financing, no reservation, no pre-mining. To get an MDY, you don’t need to buy it, you need to create a task.

3. MDY, used as incentive token, can be circulated and is legal and compliant. All the promotion tasks we issue are legal and compliant. We do not involve in any projects without actual business.

4, The allocation principle of MDY is 100% open and transparent, distribution according to work. More work, more gain. The value of MDY is created and shared by all members. Most of the value goes to the actual contributor, and less to the MoacDAO. This small amount is used to empower the MDY and also to feed the MOAC.
